Cancelling an order
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it. After that, we are unable to offer a refund, because your lenses have already been ordered and paid for at the lab and production has begun.
Adapting to new eyewear
Adjusting to new glasses — especially a new prescription or progressive lenses — can take a little time. If you are having trouble adapting, please come back and see us. We will work with you to help you get comfortable with your new eyewear.
